Florida Association of Nonprofits Annual Membership Survey
Preliminary Results Announcement

The Florida Association of Nonprofits has been conducting its annual membership survey by email and phone interviews during the month of September. The purpose of our survey is to gain valuable insights into member preferences and needs. Our preliminary survey results have revealed three primary areas of preferences and needs by members. These areas are:
1) Networking Events;
2) Education and Compliance, and
3) Grant Funded Programs.
Another notable finding from our survey is the need for scholarships to attend the Sunshine Certificate in Nonprofit Management (SCNM) program. As a result of our preliminary survey findings, we plan to conduct focus group sessions. Our goal is to delve deeper into member perspectives and preferences. Your voices matter and are essential in shaping the future of our organization. If you would like to participate in the survey or focus group, please contact Gregory Musser, Program & Membership Manager, via email info@fano.org

Nonprofits have an opportunity to become certified in nonprofit management by the Florida Association of Nonprofits. Certification gains your organization many advantages, particularly in grantwriting, by proving that you are committed and knowledgeable in the proper management of your nonprofit, and have a vision and a practical plan for the use of funds.

One of the benefits of membership is that enrolled SCNM students may retake any class without charge, even years later, for further reinforcement or review.
