How do I register to attend?
How long are the classes?
Each class is approximately four hours long. The 11-class series is offered in two formats:
- an accelerated, intensive four-day session
- ongoing, (rolling) monthly classes that can be completed in five months

Who is presenting the program?
The program is presented by Florida Association of Nonprofits in coordination with Nova Southeastern University Fischler
School of Education and Human Services and Broward College. The certificate awarded is from Florida Association of Nonprofits and both academic partners.
Who are the faculty?
Florida Association of Nonprofits faculty consists of instructors who are practitioners in their field and have experience in working with nonprofit clients. All instructors have extensive experience in the field. Click here for a listing of the faculty.

What is the Sunshine Certificate in Nonprofit Management?
A certificate is presented to students who complete all eleven classes and the related assignment portfolio.
When does the Certification Series start?
Classes for the certification are ongoing and repeat every five months.
When are the classes held?
The ongoing, (rolling) monthly classes are held one Saturday each month. Click here for a current schedule.
The intensive course is scheduled once or twice a year. The next Sunshine Certificate in Nonprofit Management Intensive Course will be July 11-14, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront in Jacksonville, Florida, in conjunction with the Florida Society of Association Executives 2019 Annual Conference.
Where are the classes held?
Currently, all classes are online.
