Meet Gennifer Jett – Florida Nonprofits Certification Faculty Member
Gennifer Jett is a native of Fort Lauderdale and has been involved with fund-raising initiatives for multiple nonprofits including Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale, Boys & Girls Club of Broward County, Young Professionals, Museum of Discovery & Science, to name a few. She is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is a past member of Association of Fundraising Professionals and a graduate of the FANO nonprofit certification. Jett currently resides in Jacksonville Florida and recently served as Director of Institutional Advancement for the Museum of Science and History. In her 15 years in Jacksonville, she has lead fund development initiatives for Wolfson’s Children’s Hospital, Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens, American Cancer Society and Communities In Schools.
Jett is past president of the Junior League of Jacksonville – a volunteer leadership training organization providing volunteers and fundraising for its programs supporting children and education. Jett is a mother of three teens/tween and they inspire her daily!
