Her background includes fourteen years in academia and over twenty years in corporate and nonprofit positions, including faculty at the University of Massachusetts, Manager of Instruction and Evaluation at American Express, and dean level positions at Miami-Dade College.
She founded TOUCH Consulting, Inc. in 1995, and consults on a national basis with companies and nonprofits for excellence in business practices.
