Join Florida Nonprofits and Independent Sector to support legislation to strengthen the Nonprofit Sector including creating a single online portal for nonprofits to register as fundraisers across multiple states, increase access to national service programs like AmeriCorps, and direct the IRS to clarify what nonprofits are permitted to do.
Nonprofits are a critical sector in our society. Securing a permanent seat at the federal table is a long-awaited and requisite step to ensure equitable outcomes for nonprofits and communities alike. Independent Sector invites your organization to participate in partnership engagement opportunities to advance The Nonprofit Sector Strength and Partnership Act of 2022. You are welcome to choose all engagement opportunities that best align with your mission and organizational priorities.
